As a rule, Google Chrome automatically updates to the latest version.
If you want to check whether your version is the latest, you should click the icon Customize and Control Google Chrome in right upper corner of your browser and choose the line About Google Chrome.
Google Chrome will show you your current version and check for updates.
When the checking for updates is over, at the bottom of the page you will see the checked line where Google Chrome will inform you of being up to date.
